The Dark Tactic I Used to Lose 65 Pounds
calendly.com/sunnykakulla/coaching-fit-call
If you’re willing to use anything as your disposal to lose weight, then the dark tactic I’m going over in this video will let you reach your weight-loss goal fast.
Most people wouldn’t want to use this, because its negative, because you should never feel a negative state of mind, but that’s exactly why we’re here right. If I never felt negative about where I was, about how I gained 80 pounds, about how I got rejected by 7 girls back to back, I wouldn’t of made a change, I would’ve stayed obese. I would’ve kept eating, kept gaining weight, I was obese already, but I was on the road to becoming morbidly obese.
But let’s break down exactly why I ate...

The SUPERPOWER That Video Games Gave Me
Binged so much today but then tomorrow I starve myself and fall back into it and it’s an endless cycle
Hi! I love hearing people appreciate the positives of intermittent fasting! If you have some kind of eating disorder, especially one that leads to binging, intermittent fasting is a great idea that can help repair your relationship with food. Because you’re not getting rid of food you enjoy completely out of your diet, or calorie/macro counting, just the time in which you eat these things, I believe it introduces the idea of food abundance to the person! Like you can eat anything you want, just not after 8 pm, wait until the next day and go ahead :) this will also re-introduce hunger cues to the person, and eliminate late night snacking that leads to binging. The goals are fairly easy and simple to accomplish and it’s not overwhelming. I did it for years and it helped me regain a positive relationship with food, hunger, and my body. Now I am able to calorie count, or focus on my macros without going crazy. It’s honestly such a game changer!
I completely agree! A lot of people will think intermittent fasting is closer to an eating-disorder or that it creates a bad relationship with food, but I agree that the opposite is true. Do you have a good relationship with a drug if you can never go without it? No, you have an addiction. Fasting is creating a great relationship with food by proving you can go without it, which increase your appreciation for it and improves your relationship with it. Thanks for sharing!
Thats my diet plan which am following. 10 AM : Breakfast with 1 Cup of Low Fat Yougurt + 2 to 3 Eggs ommlete with salad. 1 to 2 PM Lunch : 200 to 250 Gram chikken with salad 6 PM : 1 Wheat Roti with anything coocked in the kitchen. Is that fine? my weight is 94 , Target weight is 75 KG , Height is 6ft.
That sounds good, I would add more fat to the first 2 meals. Just protein and salad would make you feel hungry and won’t give good energy for rest of the day. Adding fats like high fat yogurt, cheese, or even some nuts would go a long way. Let me know if you have any other questions!
@@SunnyKay i forgot to tell you that am taking almonds as well , 15 to 20 almonds daily after the break fast
@@SunnyKay And with eggs , am taking 1 to 2 table spoon of Butter ( Orignal butter created in our home with buffelo Milk )
Do you have any idea with this diet , how many kg's can be reduced in a month? its my 6th day and the results are slow BTW , Am feeling energetic , no issues at all. it was 96 KG before and now its 94 , in morning its 93KG
Losing 3 kg is about 7 pounds right? That's pretty incredible for 6 days, good job! Even for 2 kg in 6 days, that's amazing, a lot of people try to get that in 30 days. I would keep doing exactly what you're doing and if you get to 90-92 kg by day 14, that's still really fast progress. If you're weight ever stays the same over a week, then I would add in cardio (walking for 30 min a day/or running/any sports you like) a few times a week. I would also add in more protein and try to get it to at-least 200 grams total for the day, this will burn more calories without exercise.
Insightful !! Could you suggest some best books to read for on this topic and regaining self belief..
Psycho cybernetics is my top pick for regaining self belief
💯👌🏽💪🏽
Man this is so true, I’m Indian and i get fat so quickly its annoying. I was ripped - working out everyday and looked good. Then i got really busy with work, stopped being regular with the gym and in 6 months i became unrecognisably fat (id gained 15+ kilos, mostly in the face and the chest) Back on the weight loss jounrey rn, wish me luck
Good luck brother, keep up on the channel for motivation, I’m making a lot more weight loss videos

Sunny You did a good job, Especially the third point is like a cheat code.
Thanks Kavya!
While watching the video I kept getting reminded of lyrics from a song by Baz Luhrmann called "Everybody's Free To Wear Sunscreen". especially the lyric "Understand that friends come and go. But with a precious few you should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle, because the older you get the more you need the people you knew when you were young."
True words, so much of my motivation to make money is to spend more quality time with friends
Hey great advice on using ChatGPT. I tried it myself for the first time to make some notes about wastewater treatment. Whereas I would have normally spent hours pouring over text books trying to gather and analyze information, then rewriting it into a concise study guide, ChatGPT made the study guide for me in minutes. Absolutely amazing technology!
You are very good. Really, the way you talk and structure your videos appeal to me a lot.
Appreciate that a lot, thanks!
Great video. Great you stayed true to yourself!!
Thanks!
Stop copying The Diary of a CEO with your thumbnails and show the interviewees- good luck, pal
Gotta emulate before innovating :D. I want to find my own style but I feel like my brain doesn't know whats good or bad yet haha. Appreciate the comment!
What strikes me about the regrets is how self-focused they are. No one seems to regret not helping others more or giving more of themselves. It seems like people are angry they didn't do more for themselves. Don't get me wrong. I am not better than these people. I think I will probably have the same regrets, like being too patient and not trying to seize the day, or worrying too much about myself and things turn out okay anyway.
That's a good point. I interpreted the regrets related to "working too much" or not spending enough time with family and friends as craving more service to others. Also the regret thats not doing what people expect of me, I feel like some people regret not starting a business or pursuing a career that makes them more happy, which could've helped or inspired a lot of people.
Im commenting for you to get more views ...but since im here, I want to ask as a new creator, what do you do for your scripts? do you write them or prepare for the episode? English is not my first language. Thanks
I usually write them out, but when I speak I change up a lot of stuff. What I think sounds good in writing can be hard to say when I actually record. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Great video keep it up!
Thanks! Will do
Follow your bliss. - J. Campbell
“If you do follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. Follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be.” ― Joseph Campbell
Commenting for the algorithm. 👏🏻👏🏻
Appreciate you!
Good common sense
Good
I'm glad RUclips's algorithm is finally pushing small creators like this. They may not have the highest production value, but the value of their words can be just as high as any channel with millions of subscribers. The last point of the video really resonated with me, especially the "once I make it, I will be happy" part. I should really learn to accept myself and give my _real_ self - not the person I wish I were - the chance to be happy before I end up regretting spending my whole life in the pursuit of self-destruction.
Appreciate it! That part resonated with me the most. If you're pursuing something, that by definition means you don't have it.
good video! keep it up!

awesome video, and inspiring. its really a shame that constant overstimulation is the norm and even glorified in our society. we would do much better to be content without all the absurd overstimulation, would make us truly cherish the simple things. im not sure if I’ll see your follow up. im deleting youtube (at least for now). good luck
Goodluck on your detox! You are the first person who kind of has me convinced to do a dopamine detox for myself. I have watched more such videos before but I can personally connect to your video thus I hope your detox goes flawlessly. Appreciate it man! Hope you start one too
this video found me at the right time! thank you for the excellent video
Thanks for watching!
This advice is actually super helpful, as I tend to overthink a lot of things and that keeps me from just doing what needs to get done. Just establishing consistency is what can help me build up good habits. Underrated channel. Definitely subscribed and looking forward to more videos.
Thanks Isaac! I've also overthink whenever I have a goal habit or outcome I want. Starting so small that it pisses me off has helped me a lot in building consistency. Its usually our ego that gets in our way.

He man, I enjoyed the video! if you don't mind me asking, what is the reason you are exploring your thoughts publicly? It is greatly inspiring and i see more and more people doing it. Im just trying to understand what it is exactly people are pursuing.
A big reason I do and a lot of other people do it is that once you advance in certain areas, the next step is to lead others to the same area. To get better at the skill of leadership. Also, synthesizing information is one of the best ways to learn and retain information.
@@SunnyKay That makes a lot of sense, love to see where this approach will take you!
Bro this is straight up from bhagvat gita lesson😅
Which part?
@@SunnyKaytill 1:42 it is from bhagvat gita where Lord krishna explain how "indriya" Our senses and "maan" The Consciousness should be under our control and not the other way around that causes despair. He also tells us that we must control the mind before trying to control the sense because it's the chariot driver of our soul that would take us to peace. He also talks about how this should be a our objective because soul is for enternity while body is temporary He also talks about how soul's peace is the superior goal
bro got that nebuchadnezzar look

Resonated with the opening line on a deep level
Its one of my favorite lines from the book, highly recommend reading The Way of the Superior Man by David Deida
